Projects
Wire Rope Hoist Machine Development
Overview
Development of a mechanical system for an industrial wire rope hoist intended for reliable lifting operations. The project required a complete system-level design covering structural components, drivetrain configuration, and assembly layout. The objective was to create a robust lifting solution capable of operating safely under industrial conditions while remaining feasible to manufacture and assemble.
Engineering Approach
The design process began with defining load requirements and functional constraints of the lifting system. Structural members and drivetrain elements were arranged to achieve efficient load transfer and mechanical stability. Special attention was given to component interaction and assembly accessibility to simplify future maintenance.
