— Overview
The Challenge
Test setup needed a structural frame that could survive a corrosive environment and hold accurate geometry across repeated testing cycles without degradation.
Engineering Approach
SS304 was selected for corrosion performance, and frame geometry was modelled with GD&T controls built directly into fabrication drawings for tolerance-critical features.

Frame Holds Tolerance Across Test Cycles
The frame held its critical dimensions across repeated testing cycles without corrosion-related degradation. SS304 construction met the environment’s corrosion demands, and GD&T-controlled drawings kept dimensional accuracy consistent from fabrication through extended service use.
